Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Sourcing Assistant at Altai Global. You will assist in identifying and establishing relationships with suppliers, evaluating procurement needs, conducting market research, and managing vendor negotiations. The role will also involve coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations, and supporting the end-to-end supply chain process across international markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sourcing, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Strong research and analytical skills for assessing market trends and supplier performance.
• Proficiency in financial and regulatory compliance, including trade mechanisms and standards.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role while managing multiple projects.
• Background or coursework in supply chain management, international business, or related fields.
