clients such as retail stores and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), Zestyfy

➢ Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and source new suppliers and vendors

● Assist in procurement and purchasing activities

● Request and compare quotations from suppliers

● Negotiate pricing and basic contract terms

● Maintain supplier database and records

● Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements

● Track orders and ensure timely delivery

● Monitor supplier performance and quality standards

● Conduct market research for pricing and trends

● Handle vendor communication and follow-ups

● Support cost-saving initiatives

● Resolve basic supplier issues and escalations

● Follow company procurement policies and procedures

● Maintain ethical sourcing and compliance standards

● Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

● Adhere to company code of conduct and governance

guidelines

● Support audit requirements and internal controls

● Maintain confidentiality of supplier and company data

● Ensure transparency in vendor selection and negotiations

● Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

● Promote cost efficiency and responsible spending
