Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Contractor Management

Job Summary:
Icon Turnkey Ventures LLP is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sourcing Manager to lead contractor sourcing and vendor development activities for industrial, commercial, civil, PEB, and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing contractors and subcontractors while ensuring quality, cost optimization, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify contractors, subcontractors, and service providers for civil, MEP, PEB, and turnkey projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust contractor/vendor database.
- Conduct market research and evaluate contractor capabilities, pricing, quality standards, and compliance.
- Manage RFQs, tendering, bid comparisons, and contractor negotiations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to understand project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance on quality, delivery timelines, safety, and cost parameters.
- Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Build strategic relationships with key contractors and suppliers.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare sourcing reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support cost reduction and vendor optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, contractor management, or vendor development.
- Experience in construction, EPC, industrial projects, civil contracting, MEP, or turnkey projects preferred.
- Experience handling contractor negotiations and tender management.
