Job Title: Special Educator
Location: One World International School (OWIS), Sarjapur

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and support students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure inclusive learning practices.
• Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Provide classroom accommodations and intervention strategies to support student success.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• RCI certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices and learning support strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in international schools and with IB/Cambridge curricula.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
