Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Lead (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

About the role

We’re building The Spirit Carnival, a one-day premium experience in Gurugram.

4 themed bars, live music, curated cocktails, and a crowd that actually shows up for the experience.

This is not a typical event project. We’re trying to build something people wait for every year.

We’re looking for someone who can bring brands into this and actually close partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

• Reach out to relevant brands across liquor, lifestyle, fashion, F&B and more
• Pitch the event and get brands genuinely interested in being part of it
• Close sponsorship deals, not just send decks
• Work on how brands integrate into the experience, not just logo placements
• Build and manage long-term brand relationships
• Take ownership of partnership revenue

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sponsorships, brand partnerships or event sales
• Proven experience in closing deals
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Understanding of what brands look for in partnerships
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage setup

This role is not for you if

• You wait for inbound leads
• You avoid follow-ups or tough conversations
• You’re looking for a strictly 9-to-5 role
