Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Associate to join our Supply Chain team, focusing on Planning and Performance. This role will support the Control Tower function by managing capacity planning and tracking key operational KPIs across multiple brands and channels—including our own website and marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc
Key Responsibilities:
Capacity Planning
- Prepare monthly and weekly capacity plans for inbound, outbound, and return processing across B2B, D2C (website), and marketplace channels.
- Collaborate with category, warehouse, and logistics teams to align operational capacity with business forecasts and promotional calendars.
- Monitor actuals vs. plan and highlight deviations with root cause analysis.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as:
- Inbound and outbound throughput
- Return processing SLAs
- Inventory accuracy
- OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
- Fill rates and warehouse productivity
- Support the development of dashboards and reports to provide visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Operational Support
- Assist in daily control tower operations by monitoring supply chain flows and identifying exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze historical trends and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or analytics, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in working with multi-channel fulfillment models (B2B, D2C, marketplaces).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in New Age WMS systems (Unicommerce, Increff)
- Understanding of Large ERP systems (SAP / D365)
