- Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) – 4-6 Years Experience
Core Role
Drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline building through multiple outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, Upwork, email campaigns, and other outbound channels
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects
- Initiate conversations with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage client communication
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales and closing team for smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For
- Strategic relationship-building mindset beyond traditional selling
- Experience in IT services (international market experience is mandatory)
- Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Ability to communicate confidently with founders, CTOs, and key stakeholders
- Innovative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-first ecosystem
- Consistent, target-driven, and process-oriented mindset
