About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage Newgen’s BPM expertise and extensive experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Payment Hub solutions to provide compelling value propositions to prospective clients. This role involves consulting, research, solution implementation, and presales enablement, all aimed at delivering the best possible solutions aligned with business objectives. The Consulting Practitioner will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop integrated business and operational strategies that create rapid and sustainable value. The position requires engaging with CXO and senior management levels through demos and proof of concepts (POCs), understanding client needs, and articulating tailored solutions that drive business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BPM, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Payment Hub solutions.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial services, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at CXO levels.
• Experience in conducting demos, POCs, and client workshops.
• Ability to analyze RFPs, formulate questions, and gather critical information for solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with clients to evaluate business goals and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Strong research and analytical skills, including competitor analysis and market research.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The incumbent would be responsible for:

Leveraging Newgen’s BPM expertise and experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Payment Hub thereby providing compelling value propositions to prospective clients.

Consulting, research, implementation, and enablement of presales activities that result in the best solutions for business objectives as a Consulting Practitioner.

Working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop integrated business and operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value.

Responsible for delivering demos and proof of concepts (POCs) at the CXO and senior management levels to showcase solution capabilities and benefits.

Understanding RFP content, formulating relevant questions, and gathering essential information required for designing tailored solutions.

Analyzing client key business drivers, problem areas, and effectively articulating these insights to all stakeholders involved.

Partnering with the business to evaluate their goals, identify pain points, guide digital and technology transformation initiatives, and propose suitable solutions.

Participating in thought leadership activities such as blogs, webinars, and whitepapers targeted at the banking and financial services audience.

Conducting research and competitor analysis of trade solutions available in the market to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
