Sr Coordinator, Technical Operations Full Time

Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in providing technical support to our teams globally. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, supporting various IT systems, and collaborating closely with our global IT team to ensure seamless operations across multiple regions.

Although the position is based in India, you will be supporting teams across the company worldwide and will report directly to the Global IT Manager based in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and ensure proper user access controls, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
• Assist with server and network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues while managing the helpdesk queue to ensure timely responses and efficient ticket prioritization
• Collaborate with the global IT team to implement IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems.
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across regions.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks and work with cross-regional teams.

Working Conditions

• The Technical Operations Associate may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent situations.
