Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Sr. Executive/Asst Manager – Beneficiation Operations to oversee day-to-day Beneficiation Plant operations, ensuring achievement of production and quality targets while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Ensure smooth operation of the Beneficiation Plant to achieve targeted production and filter cake quality.
✔ Monitor critical process parameters and coordinate with the Control Room Operator (CRO) for process optimization.
✔ Coordinate raw material feeding, material handling, and vehicle utilization to ensure uninterrupted production.
✔ Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
✔ Manage contract manpower deployment and ensure effective utilization of resources.
✔ Coordinate with laboratory teams for timely sample collection and quality control activities.
✔ Maintain production reports, operational records, and shift logbooks for performance monitoring and analysis.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, IMS standards, and company SOPs.
