Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Executive in Procurement to oversee and manage end-to-end procurement processes at Panda Shoes Industry Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghazipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for material sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, inventory management, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining supplier relationships. They will collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Procurement Management, Vendor Negotiation, and Cost Control
• Experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Logistics
• Knowledge of Product Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management
• Ability to analyze procurement data and generate reports for decision-making
• Proficiency in using procurement or supply chain management software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
