Role Description

We’re looking for people with 2-4 years of experience in US HR onboarding to join our growing team!

Role-

• Manage end-to-end employee Onboarding, Off boarding & documentation

• Ensure compliance with US HR policies and regulations

• Handle background verification & I-9 processes

• Strong knowledge of US HR compliance

• Hands-on experience in onboarding processes

• Handling OPT, STEM-OPT

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Location: Chennai (Onsite)- CST Timings
