Job Summary
To develop and expand international busisness for whole spices, blended spices, and dry fruits by identifying global markets, managing export sales, and building strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
1.     International Business Development
·   Identify and develop new export markets (Middle East, USA, Europe, Africa, Asia)
·   Generate leads through trade portals, exhibitions, and B2B platforms
·   Appoint international distributors, importers, and channel partners
·   Expand global footprint and increase export revenue
2.     Export Sales Management
·   Achieve export sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
·   Handle end-to-end export order cycle (inquiry to dispatch)
·   Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international clients
·   Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
3.     Market Research & Strategy
·   Analyze global demand, trends, and competitor pricing
·   Identify country-specific product requirements and opportunities
·   Develop country-wise sales strategies
·   Suggest new product development based on export demand
4.     Documentation & Compliance
·   Ensure proper export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
·   Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
·   Ensure compliance with international standards (FSSAI, APEDA, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
·   Handle regulatory requirements of different countries
5.     Branding & Marketing
·   Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions
·   Manage online B2B platforms
·   Develop export marketing materials (catalogues, brochures)
·   Build brand presence in global markets
6.     Pricing & Costing
·   Prepare export pricing considering FOB/CIF terms
·   Monitor currency fluctuations and margins
·   Optimize cost for logistics and packaging
7.     Coordination & Operations
·   Coordinate with production for export orders
·   Ensure timely dispatch and shipment tracking
·   Work closely with finance for payments, LC, and remittances
8.     MIS & Reporting
·   Maintain export sales reports and pipeline data
·   Track inquiry conversion ratio
·   Report country-wise performance to management
Qualification
·      Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
·      5-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales
·      Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
·      Proven experience in expanding distribution networks and market penetration
·      Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams
·      Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
