The Sr. Group Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing end to end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supplier capacity planning, supplier management, inventory control and logistics. This role requires driving operational excellence, building strategic supplier partnership, and enabling scalability to support business growth.
This role is responsible for developing and driving the commodity strategy for Electromechanical/HLA Portfolio (Commercial off-the-shelf items, OEM, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic components, HLA’s, Integration commodities) for India. Also lead a team of Managers, Commodity Managers to drive the India manufacturing ecosystem development aligning to Global commodity strategy.
The self-motivated leader will plan and supervise supplier contract management, concluding supplier negotiations, analytically formulating, and executing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on semiconductor technology landscapes and global business environments within the commodities under the Electromechanical portfolio parts.

Min 15-18 years in Supply Chain Management/Commodity management in Engineering / Manufacturing Industry and > 10 Years in Commodity Management of Electromechanical, HLA, Integration commodity.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
