Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Create and post job openings on various platforms
- Source and screen candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in training and development activities
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Fluency in English)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
