Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating and manage end to end projects. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Experience in boutique Architectural & Interior firms is a must.
People with experience in modular MNCs like Livspace, Homelane etc will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create functional designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client to understand the client’s objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team
- Prepare design presentations for clients
- Create client estimates and project schedule for execution
- Should have material knowledge and sourcing idea.o stay relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Arch. or B.Des or Diploma
- 3 – 6 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Canva, Sketchup and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute.
