Full job description
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery as per compliance requirements.
Handle ERP systems (SAP / other pharma ERP) and provide user support.
Support plant operations, including automation systems and shop-floor connectivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, audit readiness).
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software licenses, and system upgrades.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, firewall, cybersecurity
Experience in IT compliance & audits
ERP handling (SAP preferred)
Good problem-solving and coordination skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
