Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and VMS requirements across various IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and submit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
• Work on ATS/VMS tools and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and recruiting processes.
• Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Good knowledge of visa types and US job market.

Preferred:

• Experience working with direct clients/VMS requirements.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
