Sr. System Engineer – IT Infrastructure Full Time

Job Title: Sr. System Engineer – IT Infrastructure
Location: Hyderabad (F2F interview required)
Experience: 7–10 Years (Preferred)
CTC Range: ₹21 – ₹23 LPA(Depending on Current salary and experience)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support for Windows client infrastructure (Windows 10/11)
Manage and troubleshoot Intune / SCCM / MECM environments
Design and implement OS deployments (OSD) and device provisioning strategies
Configure and manage:
Intune policies, profiles, and update rings
Windows Autopilot
Microsoft Defender (Endpoint & Vulnerability Management)
Perform application deployment, patching, and update management
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and project execution
Build and maintain Windows client infrastructure solutions
Additional Responsibilities
Support Active Directory, Group Policies, logon scripts
Troubleshoot network-related issues (DNS/DHCP/VPN)
Manage hardware and peripherals
Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Participate in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects
Support macOS devices and tools like Jamf (nice to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
