Job Description
The Assistant Manager for General Trade in the Domestic Business sector is tasked with driving sales and expanding market presence within new territories. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. The individual will oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and high performance across the team. A key aspect of the role is to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for preparing accurate sales forecasts and staying informed about new product launches to ensure the sales team is well-prepared. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is crucial, as is negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. The role demands a proactive approach to monitoring competition and providing strategic insights to maintain a competitive edge. Regular sales reports will be prepared and delivered to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
