About This Role
The Employee Welfare Officer is a key on-ground leader responsible for supporting the overall well-being of our employees across our outlets, kitchens, and staff accommodations. This is not a desk job. You’ll be present where people are; listening, guiding, organizing, and ensuring our teams are taken care of. From health and hygiene to grievance redressal, legal and medical assistance, and smooth daily functioning, this role ensures that every staff member regardless of background or role, receives timely support and dignity in the workplace. You’ll be the point person between our diverse team and the management, helping maintain a strong, empathetic, and efficient work culture.
