Role:

As a State Head, we expect you to create a Robust Distribution Network for the organisation and achieve sales and P&L objectives for the organisation by being the Mentor and Guide smooth Business Operations in the assigned Geography

Responsibilities

# Create channel presence across the assigned geography and ensure width and depth of penetration

# Rigorously Follow up on given leads to Appoint Distribution Partners in each and every town / district

# Appoint and manage Territory Sales Managers as per Company Norms and Extract desired productivity

# Guide, Motivate, Train and mentor the TSMs, channel partners and their staff in line with SOPs

# Build lasting equation with key retail outlets and create brand visibility and presence across the territory

# Be the Custodian of the Profitabilty and Health of the Geographyr to achieve business Profitability.

Qualifications

# We are looking for people with expereince in Sales and Distribution Management, Distributor Appointment functions ideally from FMCG / Telecom domain

# Excellent communication skills in Local Language and profficiency in English and should be moderately tech savvy with an entreprenurial mindset and Willingness to travel across the territory.

# He/she should be willing to work on a Performance oriented variable pay package

# Since we do not keep any age limit for the role, people with higher age and years of experience can also apply for the role and we prefer people who are out of employement for a period of 3 months.
