Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a State Manager (PATNA ONLY) – Events, Government Projects & Business Operations, located in South Delhi. The State Manager will oversee events and government projects, manage day-to-day business operations, and lead & coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, managing project budgets, liaising with government and private stakeholders, and ensuring excellence in event management and business operation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with the ability to manage logistics and ensure seamless execution
• Expertise in Budgeting and Budget Management, ensuring financial discipline and control over project expenditures
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage overlapping projects and deadlines
• Experience in coordinating with government agencies or handling government projects is an advantage
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Experience in project management, preferably in the fields of events and government partnerships
