Job Requirements And Responsibilities

• Store supervision
• Ensure store displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all materials at stores.
• Work with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Track the supply chain for any delays and report issues to the relevant departments.
• Manage the issuance of materials to various departments based on production requirements.
• Generate and review reports on material consumption, stock levels, and shortages.
• Preparation of GI and GRN
• Prepare dispatch documentation, including delivery notes, shipping labels, invoices, and customs documents.
• Update the inventory system after the dispatch of goods to maintain real-time stock levels.
• Keep records of returns or rejected goods.

Requirements Qualification And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Proven in inventory management systems and warehouse practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or supply chain challenges.
