Store Incharge Job DescriptionThe Store Incharge in the FMCG sector is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining stock levels. Key responsibilities include:

• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and managing inventory discrepancies.
• Storage Optimization: Organizing the storage area to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to items.
• Team Management: Supervising and training storekeepers or warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensuring timely and accurate order processing, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Safety and Security: Implementing safety protocols, maintaining a secure environment, and preventing theft or damage to inventory.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaising with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and resolving any discrepancies.
• The Store Incharge must possess strong organizational, leadership, and attention to detail skills. With experience and relevant training, individuals can progress to become Store Incharges, eventually advancing to roles such as Warehouse Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Manager

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
