Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge cum Office Admin based in Patancheru. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and issuing scaffolding materials and accessories, as well as maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reports. The Store Incharge cum Office Admin will coordinate with the operations and project teams for timely material dispatch, handle documentation, invoices, and delivery challans, and ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety compliance within the store. The role also includes basic office administration tasks such as filing, record keeping, vendor coordination, and supporting the team with documentation and data entry. The person in this role will be expected to follow company policies, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to smooth operational workflow.
Qualifications

• Strong store management and inventory control skills, with experience in organizing, tracking, and reporting on material movement.
• Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, ensuring timely and accurate support to internal teams and external partners.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, transporters, site teams, and office staff.
• Awareness of retail loss prevention or inventory shrinkage control practices to minimize material loss and discrepancies.
• Ability to use basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, email) for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
• Prior experience in construction, scaffolding, warehousing, or industrial stores management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
