Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Operation Executive to support day-to-day store operations, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting logistics activities, and ensuring smooth material flow across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Monitor stock movement and support reconciliation activities
• Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and updates
• Support dispatch planning and track deliveries with field teams
• Maintain store-related documentation and records
• Update and manage data using Google Sheets/Docs
• Assist in handling inward and outward material documentation (GRN, challans, etc.)
• Support daily coordination between store, logistics, and site teams
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in store, inventory, or logistics support
• Working knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation
• Knowledge of E-way bill generation and challan handling
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
