Full job description
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage of materials/products
- Perform stock checking, counting, and reconciliation
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and organization
- Monitor damaged or expired items and report them
- Prepare stock reports and assist in audits
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Assist in raising purchase orders (POs)
- Track and follow up on pending orders
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain records of purchases, bills, and vendor details
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN – Goods Receipt Note, invoices, etc.)
- Handle basic administrative tasks
- Support senior staff in daily operations
- Familiarity with MS Excel
Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
