We’re Hiring: Strategic Content & Research Associate — CEO Office
Location: Noida | Full-time, onsite
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA + performance bonuses
Reports to: Group CEO / Founder
We are looking for a sharp, research-driven writer who wants to grow beyond generic content writing.
This role works directly with a Group CEO, founder, and management consultant who leads multiple entities and works across business viability, financial performance, business turnaround, operations, people systems, team development, growth strategy, and organisational improvement.
Your role will be to help turn complex founder thinking into clear, credible, high-value content for senior decision-makers.
This is not a caption-writing role.
This is not a generic blog-writing role.
This is a role for someone who enjoys research, business thinking, structured writing, and working close to senior leadership.

What Success Looks Like

By 90 days, success means you are becoming a reliable strategic content partner who can manage a content pipeline, turn one insight into multiple assets, and produce drafts that are close to publication quality.

We are looking for someone with:
Relevant backgrounds may include business writing, journalism, editorial research, B2B content, founder ghostwriting, market research, policy research, management consulting support, professional services content, SaaS content, HR/people content, finance content, or business advisory content.

This is a demanding role.
You will be working on complex business topics where weak assumptions, vague claims, or factual errors can damage trust. You do not need to know every subject area on day one, but you must be willing to learn quickly, research carefully, and ask precise questions.
The CEO’s style is analytical, commercially sharp, and evidence-informed. Early drafts will receive close feedback until you can consistently match the required standard.
The pace can be high, and priorities may shift when timely business or sector developments arise.
