Role Overview:

Dostt is a fast-growing social audio/video calling platform where listeners earn money by taking calls from users. The Strategy Associate is a high-leverage, builder-first role sitting at the intersection of product, growth, and data. This person will run continuous experiments using Claude Code and modern AI-native tools to drive measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and revenue — shipping fast, learning faster, and compounding impact across the platform.

This is not a traditional analyst or PM role. We are looking for someone who thinks in first principles, acts with ownership, and builds with AI-native tools. If you have strong business instincts, love tinkering with data, and are hungry to make things happen, this role is for you.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship product experiments end-to-end using Claude Code — from ideation to data readout
• Run structured A/B tests on retention levers, monetisation mechanics, and engagement loops
• Generate a high volume of experiment hypotheses grounded in data, user behaviour, and platform mechanics
• Own the full experiment lifecycle: hypothesis → instrumentation → analysis → recommendation → iteration
• Track and own core platform metrics: ARPU, AOV, LTV, LTV:CAC, D1/D7/D30 retention, repeat call rate, and revenue per cohort
• Build BigQuery SQL queries and dashboards to surface actionable insights across user and listener funnels
• Identify metric inflection points and translate them into clear experiment briefs or product recommendations
• Support revenue analysis, cohort breakdowns, and platform health reporting on a regular cadence
• Take ambiguous, large-scope business problems and break them into crisp, testable sub-problems
• Work across business, product, and engineering to drive execution without waiting for perfect information
• Build lightweight internal tools, automations, and dashboards using Claude Code, N8N, and Google Sheets
• Maintain a strong bias for action — ship MVPs, learn from real data, and iterate rapidly
• Build and maintain N8N automation workflows for repetitive operational and growth tasks
• Use Google Sheets automation (Apps Script / formulas) to create self-serve reporting tools for the team
• Proactively explore and adopt new AI-native tools — Claude Code, LLM APIs, and emerging no-code/low-code stacks

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong SQL & BigQuery skills — comfortable writing complex queries, joins, window functions, and cohort analyses from scratch
• Business metrics fluency — you know what ARPU, LTV, CAC, AOV, and retention curves mean and how to move them
• Experimentation experience — prior work on A/B tests, retention experiments, or revenue optimisation initiatives (even in a project/internship context)
• Claude Code / AI-native tooling — hands-on experience building with Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based coding tools
• First-principles thinking — ability to question assumptions, reason from fundamentals, and arrive at non-obvious solutions
• Execution mindset — you ship things; you do not wait for perfect conditions or complete information
• Fast learner — genuinely excited by new tools, frameworks, and domains; can get productive in an unfamiliar area within days
• Familiarity with N8N or similar workflow automation platforms
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, or equivalent)
• Prior work at a consumer app, gaming, or social platform where engagement and retention were primary metrics
• Exposure to payment systems, virtual currency mechanics, or marketplace dynamics
• Basic Python for data manipulation or scripting
