The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role sits at the core of our client engagements, supporting end-to-end strategy delivery while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.

You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Project Delivery
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights
• Translate data into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
• Develop executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and leadership updates
• Client Engagement & Communication
• Interact directly with client stakeholders across functions
• Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements
• Manage meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through
• Communicate insights concisely and confidently to senior audiences
• Business Development
• Contribute to proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing
• Support pitch preparation and client presentations
• Participate in knowledge development and internal capability building initiatives

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics roles
• Demonstrated exposure to client-facing engagements and cross-functional project teams

Education

• Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Degree from a top-tier university
