Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Student Support Executive to join our on-site team at our Kochi location. This role involves providing administrative assistance, supporting students with their queries, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, and overseeing clerical and executive support tasks. The candidate will also handle phone interactions, facilitate smooth operations, and contribute to creating an optimal learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical and organizational tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact effectively with students and staff
- Time management skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, management, or related field
- Prior experience in student services or educational administration is a plus
