Role Description

The Student Visa Admin will be responsible for handling and managing the student visa process efficiently. This full-time, on-site role is located in Ahmedabad and involves assisting students with documentation, verifying submissions, staying updated on visa regulations, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries. Additional responsibilities include liaising with institutions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing visa documentation and compliance with student visa requirements
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and liaise with institutions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with policies, regulations, and procedures related to international student visas
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar role
