Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Substation Project Manager located in Bhopal. The Substation Project Manager will oversee the execution of substation projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and according to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with vendors and contractors, conducting inspections, expediting shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves preparing periodic project status reports and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and delivering construction projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Expertise in Logistics Management to streamline supply chain operations and ensure material availability at project sites.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale substation projects or similar infrastructure ventures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
