Job Summary The job of a Clerical Substitute is done for the purpose/s of providing appropriate care for ill and/or injured students screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries and/or taking messages; providing requested clerical support at school/district office. A Clerical Substitute is under the direct supervision of the site administrator.
Requirements / Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
PASSED proficiency exam or 48 + Units (waives proficiency exam)
Typing Test 40 WPM
Skills, Knowledge And/or Abilities Required
- Skills to operate standard office equipment including use of computer applications, use English in both written and verbal form, use correct spelling, grammar and punctuation, administer first aid.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
