About the Role
We’re opening the Founding Class of LBM Pioneers — 1,000+ students across 1,000 Indian campuses leading the launch of Dots-In, the consumer app powered by the world’s only Large Behavioural Model (LBM).
You’re also the campus engine behind The Human Code — our national developer challenge on the LBM. A 90-day mission with real ownership, a live leaderboard, and a Founding-Class credential that stays with you for life.
What You’ll Do
→ Launch the Dots-In app on your campus through demos, content, and peer networks
→ Rally your campus into The Human Code — our national LBM developer challenge — and host a campus chapter (we provide the playbook + a virtual speaker slot)
→ Create viral content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts using Dots-In’s signature features → Compete on a live national + regional leaderboard with weekly point drops
→ Recruit your Twin for Cohort 02
→ Ship a Capstone reel on Day 90, juried by our founding team — with top Pioneers featured at The Human Code finale

Who We’re Looking For
→ Undergrad or postgrad at any Indian institution, any stream
→ A strong presence on at least one platform — Instagram / LinkedIn / YouTube / X
→ Self-starter energy — you move without being told twice
→ Up for being on camera, on stage, and on a leaderboard
→ No prior ambassador or internship experience needed
We’re hunting for energy, tactical sharpness, and creative bite — not pedigree. Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 campuses all welcome; regional leaderboards keep smaller campuses competing on equal footing.
