A Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, and aligning team performance with organizational goals. They act as a bridge between management and staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maintain high standards of productivity and workplace compliance.

• Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance, provide feedback, and address operational issues.
• Training and Development: Coach new hires, mentor team members, and facilitate professional growth.
• Communication: Relay information between management and staff, conduct team meetings, and maintain clear reporting lines.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines; conduct routine inspections.
• Problem Solving: Resolve team or client-related issues promptly and implement process improvements based on performance data.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, output, incidents, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and monitor workflows effectively.
