About the Role

IFC Ventures is hiring a supply chain executive to support day-to-day supply chain operations, with a strong focus on warehouse coordination, packaging management, and execution efficiency.

This is an operations-focused, execution-heavy role where success depends on your ability to coordinate across warehouses, ensure smooth packaging workflows, and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and dispatch readiness.

You will act as a key link between internal teams, warehouse partners, and packaging units to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Coordination

Act as the point of contact for warehouse partners and third-party logistics providers

Coordinate inbound and outbound operations across warehouses

Ensure:

• Accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Timely dispatch of orders to meet platform SLAs
• Proper storage and handling of products

Track warehouse performance and resolve operational bottlenecks

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth day-to-day execution

2. Packaging Management

Coordinate with packaging vendors and internal teams for packaging requirements

Ensure availability of packaging materials aligned with demand forecasts

Monitor packaging quality and compliance with brand standards

Oversee packing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal errors

Work on improving packaging efficiency and reducing waste.

3. Inventory & Stock Planning

Track stock levels across warehouses and ensure optimal inventory availability

Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for replenishment planning

Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations through proactive planning

Maintain accurate inventory records and reports

4. Order Fulfilment & Operations

Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders across all channels

Coordinate with warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines

Monitor order accuracy, returns, and damages

Work towards improving fulfilment speed and accuracy

5. Data Tracking & Reporting

Track and analyze:

• Inventory levels and stock movement
• Order fulfilment metrics
• Warehouse efficiency and turnaround times

Generate reports and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency

Identify gaps and recommend process improvements

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with:

• Procurement (material and packaging sourcing)
• Operations (order planning and execution)
• Finance (inventory valuation and cost tracking)

Ensure alignment and smooth communication across teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Background

Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments

Internships or prior exposure to warehouse or logistics operations

Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools

Added Advantage

Hands-on experience working with third-party warehouses or logistics partners

Understanding of packaging materials and processes

Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
