An exciting leadership opportunity is open for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Head to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing industrial/manufacturing organization based in Jaipur.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can drive strategic procurement, operational excellence, vendor development, inventory optimization and cross-functional supply chain integration while building scalable and efficient business processes.
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics operations.
✔ Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies for cost optimization and supplier performance improvement.
✔ Build strong vendor relationships, supplier development programs and alternate sourcing strategies to ensure business continuity.
✔ Drive inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory turns, reduce excess stock and enhance material availability.
✔ Coordinate closely with production, planning, quality, finance and operations teams for seamless execution and timely deliveries.
✔ Monitor logistics, transportation and warehouse operations to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
✔ Lead supply chain digitization initiatives including SAP/ERP process improvements, MIS reporting and analytics-driven decision making.
✔ Develop KPIs, dashboards and operational performance metrics for continuous monitoring and improvement.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational best practices.
✔ Build and mentor high-performing supply chain and procurement teams.

✅ Strong experience in Supply Chain, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
✅ Expertise in Vendor Management & Cost Negotiation
✅ Strong understanding of Manufacturing & Operations
✅ Experience in Inventory Planning & Warehouse Management
✅ Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and supply chain analytics
✅ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
