Designation: Supply Chain (Logistics Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily logistics operations, including dispatch, delivery, and transportation
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers for the smooth movement of goods
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure proper documentation, such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and GRNs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with stores for stock availability
- Handle dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Optimise logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor freight and transportation costs and compare vendor quotations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
- Prepare and share daily/weekly logistics reports with management
- Coordinate with sales, service, and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of documentation and logistics processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
