🔑 Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on SCM leader to drive hospital procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency across multiple locations.

📌 Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in hospital procurement / SCM (mandatory)
• 5+ years in healthcare supply chain operations
• Experience in inventory control, vendor management & negotiations
• Exposure to multi-location hospital environments (300+ beds preferred)
• ERP / hospital systems experience (KareXpert preferred)
• Strong leadership & process improvement mindset
• Kannada speaking preferred
• Candidates from Mangalore / Dakshina Kannada region preferred
