Supply Chain Solutions Product Owner Full Time

We’re seeking a Global SC Solutions Product Owner to lead the development and optimisation of planning technology solutions across our global Supply Chain.

In this role, you will act as both a Product Owner and solution expert, driving the vision, roadmap and delivery of Supply Chain 4.0 technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you’ll ensure digital solutions deliver tangible business value and support Olympus’ ongoing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product vision, roadmap and backlog aligned to business priorities
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable solutions
• Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
• Lead Agile delivery, including backlog prioritisation, sprint validation and UAT activities
• Drive continuous improvement of supply chain planning systems (e.g. SAP S/4, o9)
• Own data design, structure and governance to support scalable, standardised processes
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects and global teams to ensure alignment
• Develop training, support adoption and track performance to drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

You will consider yourself to be strategic, commercially minded and comfortable working in a complex global environment, with:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Solution Lead within supply chain, ERP or planning systems
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
• Experience with SAP (S/4) and advanced planning tools (e.g. o9 preferred)
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across global teams
• Excellent communication and organisational capability
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Preferably you will also have:

• Experience in IBP, Control Tower, WMS or similar supply chain solutions
• Exposure to global or APAC-led transformation programs
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Experience operating within complex, multinational organisations
