Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Specialist located in Jeddah. The Specialist will oversee and optimize supply chain activities such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Daily tasks include analyzing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods, developing supply chain models, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role will also involve collaboration across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
- Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain operations within a regulated industry (preferable)
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines effectively
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
