Job Title: Supply Head – Gig Workforce Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3- 5 Years (Operations / HR / Logistics / Gig Workforce)
� � Role Overview: We are looking for a Supply Head to build and manage a scalable gig workforce from scratch. This role involves driving workforce supply, optimizing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining service delivery standards.
� � Key Responsibilities:
Gig Workforce Supply & Hiring
Build and scale a reliable gig worker supply pipeline
Design and manage recruitment & onboarding processes
Develop sourcing channels (platforms, vendors, direct hiring)
Onboarding & Demand Planning
Ensure on-demand onboarding based on business requirements
Maintain an active backup pool of gig workers
Align workforce availability with demand forecasts
Operations & Process Framework
Design and implement first-mile and last-mile operations framework
Create SOPs for task allocation, execution, and completion
Ensure seamless workflow from assignment to delivery
SLA & Performance Management
Monitor and ensure on-time pickup and delivery (SLA adherence)
Track worker productivity and performance metrics
Implement KPIs and dashboards for operational efficiency
Cost & Budget Management
Ensure cost control and budget compliance
Optimize workforce cost vs productivity
Identify cost-saving opportunities without impacting service quality
Policy & Commercial Structuring
Define service charges, payout structure, and policies
Design incentive and penalty frameworks for gig workers
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage partnerships with staffing vendors/platforms
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Ops, Finance)
