Job Description
The Officer in the Commercial Department is tasked with overseeing logistics-related commercial operations, ensuring seamless coordination of dispatch, transportation management, invoicing, billing, documentation, and compliance activities. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing the timely movement of materials and the accuracy of commercial transactions. The Officer will work closely with internal departments, transporters, customers, and vendors to support efficient supply chain operations. Adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and customer commitments is crucial. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements. The Officer will play a key role in supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records. A strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance standards in all logistics and commercial activities is essential.

Principal Accountabilities
