Job Description
The Senior Officer in Support Dispatch WDIPL plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing dispatch operations within the organization. This position requires a strategic approach to coordinating logistics and ensuring the accuracy of commercial documentation. The role is integral to facilitating timely deliveries and efficient transport planning, which are crucial for maintaining seamless business operations. The Senior Officer will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication. This role demands a strong understanding of commercial processes and the ability to manage material movement effectively. The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing logistics costs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A global mindset and business acumen are essential to drive improvements in dispatch efficiency. The role also involves addressing customer queries and ensuring high levels of service excellence.

Principal Accountabilities
Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules in alignment with production and sales requirementsbr Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and efficient shipment movementbr Prepare and verify invoices eway bills delivery challans and other related commercial documentsbr Ensure accurate entry and tracking of dispatch data within SAPERP systemsbr Monitor dispatch performance and proactively resolve any delays or operational issuesbr Collaborate with production stores and sales teams to facilitate a smooth dispatch flowbr Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with GST and company policiesbr Address customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status promptly and effectivelybr Optimize logistics costs and continuously seek ways to improve dispatch efficiencybr Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during all dispatch operations
