Conduct monthly safety reviews, implement action plans, ensure compliance with statutory norms, promote awareness and training

Oversee VRFB integration in solar plant, maximize renewable energy use, ensure safe disposal of electrical waste

Reduce unplanned downtime, optimize resource utilization, identify energy efficiency opportunities, control spare parts inventory
Cash
Monitor and control energy usage, ensure timely verification of expenses, improve financial efficiency

Maintain high reliability of ropeway, crusher, and workshop systems, respond quickly to faults, report performance to management
