System Manager Full Time

We are hiring a Global ERP Head to lead and manage enterprise-wide ERP operations across global locations, drive process improvements, and support business functions within the logistics and supply chain domain. This role is ideal for experienced ERP professionals with strong expertise in EBMS ERP and a proven track record of managing global ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the EBMS ERP platform across multiple business locations.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Drive ERP governance, standardization, and best practices across global operations.
• Ensure effective ERP user support, training, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP capabilities with business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within ERP functions.

Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in ERP management and administration.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with EBMS ERP.
• Strong domain expertise in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Supply Chain industries.
• Proven experience managing ERP operations across multiple locations or global business environments.
