Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented System Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, inventory updates, order processing, and ERP/system operations within our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computer systems, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory, dispatch, and delivery records in ERP/software systems.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and shipment details accurately.
• Generate daily MIS and operational reports.
• Monitor stock movements and system data accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely data entry and documentation of logistics activities.

Requirements

• Graduate or Higher Secondary with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, system operations, logistics, or warehouse administration.
• Basic knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and computer operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Preferred Background

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, FMCG, e-commerce, or transport operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and dispatch processes.
