We’re Hiring: Manager- Talent Acquisition

📍 Location: Kochi (Pan India hiring exposure)

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive recruitment efforts across the organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Handle high-volume and replacement hiring across India

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs

• Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring metrics

• Lead and mentor a recruitment team

• Drive employer branding initiatives

🔹 Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

• Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring

• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools

• Experience in healthcare/medical hiring is an added advantage
